The bed and breakfast is located near the main area of the house where most of the activity of the day takes place, creating a vibrant and social atmosphere. the location is very close to Cayuga Lake, making it convenient for those interested in kayaking or enjoying water activities. the surrounding area is also scenic and lovely, with plenty of opportunities to explore and take in the natural beauty. Lastly, being close to Seneca Falls allows for easy access to local attractions and landmarks.

Despite the vibrant atmosphere and convenient location, the noise from the main area of the house might be a bit intrusive for those seeking a more peaceful and quiet stay.

The grounds could use some attention. It would be better if there was a separate entrance to the rooms instead of going through the hosts' living area.

Lovely setting, nicely appointed rooms, and a pool area that was very enjoyable. Positioned near desirable wine-tasting venues. the breakfasts were extensive and delicious, with an Italian accent. the homemade cookies served in the late afternoon were a nice touch.

Rooms lacked space for clothes and soundproofing and ventilation could be improved. the bed was very comfortable.

I recently stayed at a wonderful bed and breakfast in the beautiful Finger Lakes region. This hotel is located on top of a hill, surrounded by about 5 acres of stunning nature. It provided a safe harbor from the hustle and bustle of city life, allowing me to truly relax and unwind. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with attention to detail evident throughout. I particularly loved the ensuite bathrooms, complete with Jacuzzi in the window - a luxurious touch that added to the overall experience. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel at home, and the breakfast they served every morning was truly exceptional. Fresh fruits, coffee, and juices were just the beginning, followed by a variety of delicious egg dishes that changed daily. The host's warm and humorous nature made the meals even more enjoyable. One evening, I even returned to find a tray of freshly baked cookies waiting for me. These small gestures demonstrated the level of care and thoughtfulness the hotel offers to ensure a memorable stay.
